What to Expect Please take a moment to review the information below before your appointment. Securing Your Appointment Your appointment is reserved with a non-refundable deposit collected through Square at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at your appointment.

Cancellations

Please provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no call, no show appointments will forfeit the payment made to secure your appointment.

Arrival

A 10 minute grace period is extended for every appointment. Arrivals beyond the grace period will incur a $50 late fee or your appointment may be canceled.

Guests

Only the scheduled client is permitted during the appointment.

Payment

Cash, Card, and Tap are accepted. A valid government issued photo ID is required for all card transactions.
